Well put! Also, to the landlord of #29: please ask your contractors to abide by all City Trash/Recycling rules. Last week the contractor put all of the cardboard packaging from the new cabinets into the garbage instead of recycling. He needs to properly bundle cardboard or take it to the dump.

Could we also get them to remove the refuse from the side of the building (driveway), including the refrigerator that has been out there for 3 months? #29 shares a driveway with #29 1/2, which is on the market. Prospective buyers walk past the construction debris and refrigerator in the driveway to view 29 1/2.
