less then a week after cleanup there is new graffiti. I saw two individuals setting under the underpass around 10:30 AM Friday July 5. They are in early twenty's male and female, White, blonde or light brown hair in dreadlocks. They were both wearing black goth like clothing. Maybe request a police bike patrol the area.
