Thank you for your recent See Click Fix advising the City of Raleigh’s greenway trail issues.
The City of Raleigh - Parks and Recreation Department has received a number of reports from citizens about greenway trail conditions and damage in the aftermath of recent rains.
Department staff continues working to remove trees, clean trails and tunnels, and reconstruct stream banks and sections of trail impacted by the recent flooding.
We request that citizens exercise caution when using trail facilities until clean-up and repairs can be completed. We anticipate that most trails will be passable by the end of next week.
Major repairs will require several weeks to complete. Periodic updates on greenway trail conditions will be posted on the department website: http://www.raleighnc.gov/arts/content/CorStatus/Articles/ParksFieldStatus.html

Per P&R both the tree and the vine have been removed.
