Description

Tree branches of tree in curb box completely hide upcoming stop sign. Tree is in front of 3823 13th St, NE, heading north, before Quincy St, NE. Unknowing motorists approach intersection at speed, and must brake hard once past the tree and stop sign becomes visible. Very dangerous.
