Description
The traffic Signal at the corner of 66th Ave. and E. 12th St. is not functioning. Only traffic traveling on e. 12th St. is getting green lights. traffic traveling down 66th Ave. towards the highway or international Boulevard is only has a red lights. backups are at lasting over 15 minutes causing people to run the red light.
