Description

The left turn light at Rockville Pike Northbound and Bou Ave needs its timing to be fixed. The left turn arrow is green for only 3 seconds. Either it should be extended to 5-7 seconds or MOCO traffic should install a flashing yellow or red light so people can turn left when they can.
