I live in Mecklenberg County in a sub division named Eastfield Villge. For the past four years every 4th of July a neighbor decides to set off "specifically prohibited fireworks. A notice was distributed at the last Homeowner's meeting informing the homeowner of the law of which we all are protected. The law officer wer alerted as well yet this homeowner persist. I am asking whether or not you have an alternate suggestion that would impress upon this homeowner to desist before someone's home is set on fire from the flairs landing on their home.
