We're coming up on a year since this was reported.

I checked on this yesterday. Still broken.

I don't know why they even have the option, but the city doesn't respond to free-text topics most of the time. Is there an option that this would fit under? (My thought is no, to be honest.)

The point of this site is to apply some level of accountability to the city. You've just exempted yourselves from it by saying this - calling 311 doesn't do anything but put the request in a black hole. There is no tracking, there is no follow up, and in my experience, nothing gets done. I still have two streetlights out on my block, for instance (after reporting here, calling 311, and calling excel). Way to go, Minneapolis.
