Yes, I was aware of that, so I wrote the town bldg dept several times and even sent them a link to this page to see the details. The last time was over 6 months ago. They don't care. Why did you say "Issue Closed"? Do you work for the town or SeeClickFix?

It has now been 15 months since opening this and sending the town the first email at the same time.

No I just couldn't believe that any owner in their right mind would leave it like that for so long. Over a year and a Half and since the town isn't looking at this stuff (so not saying anything) figured it should have been taken care of by now. There are a TON of old (over 2+ yrs) things that I can tell have been fixed just by driving around.

The operative phrase is "in their right mind". Take a ride through that area and take a look. After that maybe you could pick up the reins with the Town?

I created a Watch area for colonie and used their email address to get all the notices. Maybe they will start to notice when their Mailbox gets full! Maybe we should change it to someone more important

That's great, thank you. A while ago I wanted to define a watch area as the whole Town of Colonie, but adding Colonie as a watch area only gives you the Village, not the Town. I wrote to SeeClickFix and they said I would have to take that up with Google, as they get their maps and boundary information from them. Did you define the area by adding the town name or did you draw the boundaries yourself?

Drew it myself looking at the Town Map. I am probably off a bit in some areas but I think it is fairly close to the full town

It has been 3.5 years, but it's finally fixed! Now that's service!
