900 Chapel's lobby regularly smells of garbage on the weekends!!

Several city departments are working on this specific issue to assure a permanent solution. Unfortunately heat and humidity made the smell worse. Thanks for reporting.

Through the winter the problem has only gotten worse!! This is an issue for residents and employees in the building and needs to be addressed.
