Description

Is is this house bank owned? The corner of Clifton and Lenox could look better. Everyone else seems to be trying very hard. But this abandon one needs some love..... Or wrecking ball. LCI what's the scoop?

This house is the definition of blight. Junk in the yard overgrown grass, tattered tarps hanging off the side that are blocking holes exposed in the roof and side of house. It looks terrible and could be a draw for squatters. It has been like this for years. It needs to be repaired or torn down. The sidewalks are not maintained in the winter and the steps and foundation do not look very secure. Please go after the bank or the person that is responsible for this house. It is a dump.

Owner of record is not a bank and it appears that the taxes are up to date as well. Has anyone checked with the owner to see what the situation is?
