Why is the City of Dunwoody CLosing this issue out when it has not been repaired? Do you close these out once a request is assigned?

The City of Dunwoody has received this issue. It is registered as service request # 684. Currently, we are working on this issue. Please check back for status updates.

This issue seems to keep getting new service request assigned first it was 682 and then under 669 which was closed out but not completed and then 684, David Elliott has been to visit twice to look at the issue, we would like to know what the plan is please

This area contains two catch basins on either side of the street as well as an 18" CMP pipe. These structures were assessed this spring prior to this year's repaving project. The structures were found to be in good condition and not in need of repair. The 15" CMP pipe located on the property of 1144 Coronation Dr is confirmed by historical plat data and current GIS data to be a privately owned pipe. Upon confirmation of this status this pipe cannot be cleaned/repaired by the City of Dunwoody. The assessment shows that this pipe be cleaned by the property owner via the pipe inlet located at the rear of the property at 1144 Coronation Dr.

The City of Dunwoody shows the pipes in question to be private. As a policy we cannot perform work on privately owned structures or pipes. If anything can be provided to reflect that these structures/pipes are owned by either DeKalb County or the City of Dunwoody please feel free to 'ReOpen' this issue.
