Description

Actually behind 1188 Kaighns on Louis St (COHN ALLEY) Have called/went to City Council mtg about this debris problem which had a fire not long ago. More debris being left by nefarious "contractors" who dont want to pay for trash removal. This is a 2+ year problem. DPW dir. Keating was told personally about this and as of now, little has been done. Image attached is only one of many that I have. Others may be too graphic.
