THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS LIGHT. YOU JUST HAVE TO KNOW WHERE TO STOP TO TRIP IT PROPERLY. IF YOU PULL UP TO FAR TO LET OTHER CARS SQUEEZE BY TO TRAVEL SOUTH IT WONT TRIP,I HAVE SEEN IT HUNDREDS OF TIMES.

Heading north on 58, left turn arrow is not conisistent. Sometimes it's before the green and sometimes it's after. Makes for a dangerous situation if you think it's after and begin to turn to clear the intersection as the southbound traffic then gets the green! PLEASE FIX THIS
