Every day trucks and cars that do not have PA license plates speed thru the alley way off of the 700 block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue. In the summer kids play in the alley who have the right, their backyards are off the alley, and some people park their cars in the alley. What about the stones flying back and breaking a car window or something. There needs to be speed bumps in the alley. With no one monitoring it or making complaints, god forbid a child could be hurt or lose their life. Please do something about this. I live in this area and would love to see something or someone do something about this problem.
