Every morning on the corner of cedar and minor where the Cornell health center is the people who go into rehad are leaving the area a mess...yes they have a person who pucks up trash but the trash always comes in front of our house....their are only 3 houses ob minor but everyday we are picking up their trash....they come every morning to walk their dogs and not pick up after them...I have seen on several occasions people using the bathroom ob the side of the building....if something can be done about this the residents would greatly appreciate it...
