Description

According to the Enfield Pavement management Update 2010, Sidor Drive had a PCI range of 50-59, which calls for "Base Rehabilitation Condition 0‐59 PCI
Typical Treatments –Reclamation or Reconstruction". Why was Sidor left out when all the surrounding roads were recontructed? According to the plan, Sidor Dr will not be reapired.
