The left turn arrow is already long enough. We all want to get through intersections as fast as we can but this is a congested area and it's not fair to expect other people using the intersection to wait even longer. I've never seen it take more than 2 cycles go get onto SB Telegraph and that's better than you'll get when you get to Dixie.
