I have 3 children two are under the age of 6 . I was told that my landlord was suppose to show me a certificate that the apartment contained lead paint. He never told us before we moved in or since and when asked for the certificate dodged the question. My infant son was diagnosed with lead poisoning within two months of being in our apartment. And still when I requested a lead certificate he said those are Mass. laws and that Ct. Is different.

I would like to know if the health dept. and the Enfield housing inspector could come to our home and inspect it because it has mold growing through the walls and my 18 month old son already had lead poisoning once since we moved in this apt. and I refuse to have my baby exposed to any poisoning ?
