Blocked storm sewers causing flooding all across the south side of Foster & Rugby intersection. Was at least 6 inches deep. This happens every time it rains heavily, since these sewers are not cleared of leaves regularly.

Brooklyn Community Board 14
On 10/1/10, DEP visited the site and cleared all the leaves off of the basin and relieved the flooding at the time of inspection. No further action is needed by DEP.
