Still no change!

The speed limit is 40 mph so they drive 60! Just enforce it or lower it. What's it going to take? Another accident, this time involving not just the school BUS but the CHILD getting off of it?!?!?

Well, last week, again while one of the school buses were stopped, there was a multi-car accident. Drivers coming up the hill, heading North at over 50 mph, slammed into the line of stopped cars creating a domino effect. My 6 year old was getting off the bus, across the street on Route 32, while this was going on, ABOUT 20 YARDS FROM HIM!!!! Route 32 was closed down, both lanes, many people went to the hospital, several cars had to be towed and at least one was totaled. WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SITUATION????????????????????? WHAT'S IT GOING TO TAKE??????? DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO DIE?!? Lower the speed limit, DRASTICALLY, both ways, put in a crosswalk or a light, or at LEAST a school bus stop sign! ENFORCE THE SPEED LIMIT! Please.

Anyone know what else I can do? Still no change at all....! Wish I had a laser cannon or maybe just a directed EMP to conk out the speeders engines....! Oh well!

Still not fixed, no change.

The road in question is a state road. Town has contacted state to see if they will erect signs warning of school bus stop.
