Description

Pothole or some sort of depression just in front of fire hydrant. Hydrant is on east side of street just before property with "Port of Albany" signage (travelling north.) I believe the property number is 3 Broadway. It looks like there was previous road work done to patch street. It wasn't obvious until I drove over it with my utility trailer. Thought it was going to jump the hitch or jump off the road.
