Description
Everyday on several occasions a young boy is constantly flying down Charter Oak in a 99-2001 White Volkswagen Jetta. Speeds are in the 50-60mph range. Disregards pedestrians, other cars. POLICE TAKE NOTICE: Tonight at approximately 8:30-9pm two flybys with complete disregard for stop sign and speed limit. 50mph with increasing speed after the sign and up the hill towards the airport.

I've seen this car as well. It does the same thing further down the street beforr the Walgreens. Very Dangerous!

Stopping at the intersections along Charter Oak has been a problem. But this kind of speed is ridiculous. Can we get a cruiser to sit and wait for this guy one day?

He is not the only one, but the more prominent for sure. this past week I have seen this car a few times pull this stunt of zipping by at high speed while outside doing yard work. Where are the EHPD? Speed hump, speed trailer, park a police car on the road?
