Street cleaning and garbage dumping continues to be a problem throughout Elmsford near 9A. There should be more garbage cans in place. N. Lawn and Payne are nice blocks but the dumping can be improved if there were more garbage cans. There are a number of students who live in the area and walk. If there were more garbage cans, the incidence of garbage dumping would be reduced.

The dumping is a bit better but I believe it has been due to inclement weather. The empty lot is an eyesore with the condition of its lawn as well as trash and debris. The empty area that belongs to Dunkin Donuts is being cleaned up by residents on the street. It is about time that the county held them accountable for their property.

This continues to be a problem. The owners of dunkin donuts are not taking care of their grounds. It is a total eye sore to our street. When is the town going to get involved?
