Shrubbery, trees, picky vines, ivy all growing out of control. This is an eyesore. It's unsafe because it obscures the vision from the street. Gang activity has been reported in that area. It gives them a place to hide. It's causing the senior complex it backs up to all kinds of problems. It's growing into & through their fences. It's been reported to the management of that complex 6 different times to no avail. Please get this removed.
