This was the same house where the tenants were growing and selling drugs a few years ago unbeknownst to the owner. I guess the owner also is oblivious to the "lawn".

Looks like the landlord found a lawnmower. Now we can see if s/he will shovel the sidewalk in the winter - such a great neighbor.
