Description
The city owned parking lot between Downs St. and O'Neil St. is neglected by the city. Weeds are waist high. Garbage is allowed to accumulate. Neighboring properties store overflowing garbage containers on it.

I suspect that showing up, if one can, and presenting the issue to the committee might add some weight all around and support anyone else who is also working on the problem.
There is a public parking lot on LIberty in similar condition.

Well, nearly 3 years later someone has thouroughly cleaned up this parking lot, Thank you. As far as I can see it was NOT the city of Kingston. It was done by a couple of people in a black truck this past Sunday, I really appreciate it.
Mayor Gallo really needs to take care of the city's properties before he he complains about how the railroad people maintain the property that they are responsible for. He should be setting the standard.
