They sit in the median during 5oclock traffic. Very dangerous.

It is now a city code violation for them to be out there, and the police department enforces this as much as possible while not chasing other crimes in the area. However if people would stop handing the subjects money then they would GO AWAY!!!

I have not seen any out there. in a long time. Remember to close things that you open when they get fixed.

It is cause they are now hid behind the newmarket signs, where the Dump and Food are at. But thank Mr. Citizen for reminding to close things. They r still out there.
