the park on S Clinton Ave is disgusting, it is used for drug deals, drug use and is an eye sore with trash, dirty diapers and drug baggies everywhere.Teens hang out there all hours of the night cussing and fighting.Signs were posted then taken down because noone seems to know who owns it or is responsible for it. It needs to GO!
