Sidewalk repair is the responsibility of the home owner. However, the trash issue can be reported to the Police Sanitation Officer. of the Swweeps officer in the Streets Department. We will look into it. Thanks

Image from Google Street View (unknown date) demonstrates that property has been an issue for some time.

There are very frequently broken bottles, which pose an extreme safety hazard to children from the day care taking neighborhood walks. In addition, dead animals (squirrels, birds and cats) have been seen several times, posing a health risk.

Children can hurt themselves on this sidewalk. Please repair!

The disrepair of the sidewalk causes many of the elderly in the community concerns with potential falls, especially since many already use walking aids (canes, walkers). There is also a daycare with small children. These early walkers have tremendous difficulty with the cracks in the walkway, the debris of broken bottles and cans, and the overgrown weeds and shrubs both at their feet and touching their heads. What must be done to beautify the neighborhood?

This property's overgrown yard also becomes a haven for mosquitoes & poison ivy/oak every summer.

Please have the owners repair and maintain thier property. The disrepair of the sidewalk, which extends the entire length of the property, is very hazardous for the children and other residents of the community. The property is not maintained. It is overgrown with weeds and ivy and there is trash and debris everywhere. On more than one occaision, there has been a smell of dead/rotting animal coming from the overgrowth/trash. Please address this blight on the neighborhood as soon as possible.

we are doing our best to be part of a positive community, and this particular corner is a real problem. There is constantly debris; dead animals, broken glass, cans, other easily cleaned up litter. The plant life is overgrown into and onto the sidewalk. The walkway is so impassable that it is easier to walk in the street -- and this is a busy intersection. Please have owner maintain their property!
