Neighbor cut his grass if that is all his sitation said he had to do. Neighbor across the street is having trouble sell their house because of this property it is not fair all the work we do to keep out properties safe and nice for our children. What has to be done to get it condemned and the city take it and tear it down !

Had animal control finally come out. House is now condemned by the city but owner continues to "work" on it. Which is illegal due to the notice of condemtion but the sign has been removed, not by city. Not sure what steps the city will take next or when .
