Agreed. Homeless have been all around and in Ellsworth lot. They use to live in there but now just pop in & out. One actually took a nap on my porch a few weeks ago, urniated off of it then decided to let himself inside my house. Luckily people walking by called the police. At the very least the lot should be mowed so its easier to patrol.
I do feel bad for those who have to deal with the homeless population in Saratoga. Perhaps appealing to your local government to have them create better services and a homeless shelter with more the 10 beds would be helpful. Homelessnessis a symptom of bigger problems both problems in the society and problems with the individuals at risk.
There shouldn't be ANY homeless people in Saratoga.
This is unfortunate and very unnecessary.
Saratoga should be ashamed!
Throw some of that money at helping eradicate this problem.

Why don't you try living in their shoes for a day? It's so easy to sit behind a computer in your air conditioned house and judge others. These people struggle day to day just to survive. I see them all of the time and they don't bother anyone. Some of them have no where else to sleep. Leave them alone.
There are plenty of resources out there to help any person in need. I have been very close to homeless and with a little effort, asked for help through local agencies, churches, county. They have to want to get help, get off drugs, or in some cases, even medical assistance. I'd help any person in need, if in return, they were truly trying to help better themselves as well.
