I don't know about nuisance abatement but I do know I am sick and tired of this. Have you called the cops? Have they responded? I think the housing authority owns that property and Trinity is the management company. There were fights and drug raids in the last 2 units in the past. The police chief wants block watches so maybe everyone who lives around this project should join one and complain! Hold the housing authority and the property managers accountable. I'm willing to join any action that will stop this activity once and for all. It was so bad last year they hired private duty cops to patrol. Maybe they should do that this year too.
