No, we don't need another freakin' light downtown. Use City Hall Ave like everyone else, it has a nice handy light, barring that, you can exit over by St Peter's church on St Johns Place.
Or, as mentioned, you can exit on City Hall Ave where there is a light that will allow you to safely exit in any direction you like.
Installing random stoplights is stupid, particularly in an already congested downtown torrington. Think before you post!

It has to be said again, but as the last poster pointed out, there's already a safe means to leave the conservatory without completely FUBAR'ing an already congested downtown for the convince of a few people.
Please use the already existing, and perfectly safe exits.
