Description

Large potholes straddling the railroad tracks are deep enough to force bike riders to dismount and probably makes the crossing impossible for wheelchairs. A cyclist going at full speed would likely suffer an accident (right on top of active railroad tracks) and a person in a wheelchair could become stuck if attempting to cross.

As the picture shows, drivers on Heacock Road do not have any potholes.
