Description

Area of street deterioration was reported on April 1. Orange cones appeared over the area of deterioration but nothing else has been done for 2 1/2 months. The entire street was blocked off for no parking on two subsequent days in May, but no work was done. Requests for updates return results saying "It's being worked on right now" or "It will be scheduled to be repaired on May 19th" or "We will leave another message for the supervisor to call you but there is nothing else we can do."

Multiple messages have been left for the supervisor (Leroy Franklin), and eventually, his supervisor (Dale Smith) with never a returned call or update and no sign of any progress. If nothing is going to be done, at least remove the cones so we can drive on the street and utilize the parking spaces.
