January 2015 - still no action by count or town highway departments.

Please provide the nearest street so we can determine ownership of road.

Location is about 1/8 of a mile north of Deer Run Dr., Trieble Ave, intersection w/Rowland St. County rd 47 (North Of Hannaford Plaza). Location is the 1st down hill and uphill grades in the road. I will stop at the town offices with further information if they would like.

Spring is coming. It gets worse after the spring thaw.

This is a County or Town road.

WRONG location shown on the map! Issue is between Hannaford Plaza ans Kaatskill Way.

No action by county or town ever taken. Problem is still there.
