Halbert Rd from North Ave to Waubascon Rd. has been terrible for years. When we asked for repair, they put up signs that say 'rough road'. Cars travel 45 mph (posted speed) and higher over the hills on the wrong side of the road to avoid potholes. At 5260, water nearly a foot deep fills the road causing bad ice conditions in the winter. Tire tracks in the snow show that cars have just stopped short of sliding into big trees there because they don't expect the ice. Someone is going to get hurt.
