Description
When leaving Wyoming and turning either left or right onto Litchfield Street, it is very difficult to see if someone is coming. You think you're safe so you start to go, and then someone is flying up the hill! I wish there was something to be done for that. It's not feasible to put a stop sign right there, especially in the winter (if you had to stop on a slippery hill, you'd never get going again).

I think the solution to the whole problem might be to build a tower, approximately 2 miles high, with an elevator, of course, in the geographical center of the State of Wyoming so that all of its borders can be seen.
Even having done this, however, I doubt that Litchfield Street would be visible, but maybe. You never know. Testing would need to be done.
