Description
Strong smell of raw sewage in alley - saw owner dumping brown liquid on the ground from a shopvac - said the basement was flooded. Rinsed the shopvac with a hose and on the ground - water ran into alley. Shouldn't we be worried about hepatitus? Collera?
Someone needs to come and shut this house down, owner is letting people live in this house - - VERY HAZARDOUS SITUATION!!!! The tennants let their dog run loose all over the block, therefore, possible tracking of diseases. After rinsing out shopvac, they took it into the house through the front door, without gloves. Bring hazmat suits.

Witnessed civilian, not a Hazmat company or otherwise professional, rinse the shop vac, more or less, with the garden hose. No protective clothing was seen. Tenant of property was seen rolling the shop vac into her apartment. Hazardous waste is now in our causeway and is a threat to humans, pets and plant life.
