in th morning you have to wait for three lights before you can cross Pennsylvania Avenue. Buses back to back, and other vehicles block the traffic signal. Because traffic feeds into L Street at an angle it is dangerous to cross.
Increasingly, at all intersections, cars block crosswalks making it dangerous for pedestrians. Is it against the law for a vehicle to block the crosswalk inDC as it is in some Stats?

It takes at least 15 minutes to go by car from 25th and Pennsylvania Avenue NW through the circle. something has to be done. this is not serving the residents of the District.
