Description

The light at the intersection of Westside and Windward has recently started to cause a terrible backup of traffic on Windward in the afternoons. There are days where westbound traffic backs up all the way past Windward Plaza and it all seems to be caused by this light. Can someone please check on the timing in the afternoon rush hour?
