La Esquinita at 389 maverick st ( corner of maverick and Jeffries) - garbage is kept behind restaurant. They do not have a commercial dumpster -in fact they aren't even using covered trash barrel. They also have left a box of rotting potatoes at the curb on Jeffries -it's been there 2 weeks. My back yard abuts the open garbage bags - there are lots of flies AND it really smells horrible. They have been in business since The fall and should have been complying with trash handling. I imagine they put out in the city trash but the bags have been there for a couple of weeks and no one seems to be taking care of it. Thanks for addressing his issue!
