The bridge does need some work, but it is stronger than it looks. It was designed to hold trains and is steel and concrete. Not sure who would have to fix this. The city I am guessing, and they can't afford it. Maybe one of the nature groups that support trails could come up with the funds. Might be a grass roots type of things that you could start. Just a thought.
