Description

A dark colored SAAB, marker 149-XUB (CT plates) repeatedly parks on Humphrey ST AT the corner of Pleasant. This illegal parking (clearly past the 'No Parking -->" sign, makes it extremely difficult for residents and visitors to turn off of Pleasant St. Car has done this frequently, not an isolated incident.
