can someone describe the cat situation? how many, over what area?
I've got just one that I see by my house, so, not a big problem, but I surely could see that having 2 or 3 around all the time would be a problem.

This is getting worse soon we go out the only thing you smell is cat their usiing my yard as a cat litter my kids can't play ouside because other peoples pets please if you have a pet please be considered with your neighbors

Look here for a variety of solutions that individuals can take to control the problem as it affects them. a one size fits all solution is slow and difficult to come by, and can be a lot less effective that individuals taking actions alone or in concert with others.

to many cats to count i would have to say that about 20 or more because they are producing! cant even enjoy having a nice meal outside in the summer time because of the smell whether its the smell of dead cat under the porch or cat pee and poop! Cant even play in the yard with out having to watch out for poop! Cant even sleep at night at times because you have the cats fighting in the yard or meowing constantly because they are hungry or in heat! Always have to worry about hitting one because they are always crossing the street. @ Gerald Berke this problem is near the blinking light on foxhall ave not sure what house number has more then 2 or 3 !
