Construction workers parking on street illegally is Open 4 People want this fixed
Several construction workers are parking on Winchester, either in resident spots or bus stops. They do not have residential parking permits. They are also parking illegally on Sachem, west of Winchester. This was a problem last year that has resurfaced and some ticketing might help.
