Summerhill, Sunset, Scarlet, and Cherry Hill - The area is mostly deadend streets and cul-de-sacs. It should be quiet and serene but not always.

Noise - Super loud car speakers, Dogs barking at all hours, Cars speeding. Noise off of 23mile can be heard too. Loud mufflers and booming car sterios.

Code Violations - Garbage cans are suppose to be stored in the Garage on the non garbage days. Not left in front of house all week long or on the side. Trailers are not suppose to be parked in front driveways.

Trespassing - It is common to see people walking from one street to another through other peoples back yards. This could be in the middle of the day or at midnight.

Theft - Several cars have been broken into in the area.

We need a significant increase in police patroling this area and code enforcement.
