As if the building in obvious disrepair isn't enough of a neighborhood problem, the kids and teens that hang out and kick balls around in the parking lot (with cars) is a nuisance and causing damage to property. Often these children are not even from the immediate neighborhood -- and besides, there's a great park at the end of the alley!
