I too live within close proximity and often see this. I walk our neighborhood often and avoid this area. I see suspicious activity such as people sitting in parked cars while all other teens are playing basketball around them, then either people walk up to the car or other cars pulli up next to them, and then driving off. It just seems like someone is selling drugs while using the group playing as a cover. I rarely see a police car drive through there while this is going on. Maybe they are afraid too. This neighborhood is going downhill fast.

They are meeting to buy and use drugs. There is a known drug dealer who is the ring leader.

Yes I see them to. They walk up by my home smoking pot in the middle of the street. Come to town watch first Tuesday of the month at the municipal building. The police are aware of the group as well.
